מדובר בהתקשרות בפטור ממכרז עם חברת ויויאן כליפי בע"מ- סופר פארם, יבנה, לצורך רכישת תרופות, לפי מרשמים של רופאי קופות החולים. למעון צופיה, מגיעה רופאה פעמיים בשבוע לצורך בדיקת הנערות ומעקב רפואי, כמו כן פעם בשבוע מגיעה גם פסיכיאטרית וממליצה על טיפול תרופתי. בבדיקה שנעשתה על ידי הגורם המקצועי ובפנייתו לקופות החולים, הסתבר כי סופר פארם הינו היחידי המוכן לעבוד באשראי מול המעון ומספק תרופות של כל קופות
