What does the alert email contain?

Once a day, one email covers each saved tender search with its alert on. For each search, it gives the number of new open and awarded tenders per country since the last email, and a link to the search. On a day with no new matches, we send no email. Accounts with no paid plan and no alerts get a weekly email instead, with the number of new tenders in their countries.

How current is the data?

We collect tenders and awards from each source on a regular schedule. Each alert email counts the records we collected since the last one, and every record shows its publication date.

Can I get alerts on a specific agency I sell into?

Not by email. Alerts work on tender searches only. Search that agency and save the search, then open it again to see its newest tenders and awards.

Can I watch a competitor's wins?

Yes, in the app. Search that supplier and save the search to see which agencies a competitor wins work from, and how often. Supplier searches have no email alert.

How do I set up an alert?

Create an account, run a tender search, and save it with “Alert me” on. Choose a daily email or a weekly digest. Alerts work on free and paid accounts. The thing you came in on is carried through sign-up, so you land on the right dataset.
