12 ספקים זכו במכרז פומבי מס' 142/2018 להפעלת נפשונים לילדים, בני נוער ובוגרים עם מוגבלות בפריסה ארצית. מספר זכיינים לא האריכו את ההסכם מעבר לתאריך 30.04.2020 ולכן מתבקשת הארכת התקשרות עם 6 ספקים בהתאם לטבלה המצ"ב כנספח א'. הספקים החלו את מתן השירות ביום 01.05.2019 לתקופה של שנה עם אופציה להארכה ב-4 שנים נוספות, שנה בכל פעם. ההתקשרות הוארכה מעת לעת, ועד ליום 30.4.2022.
