1. למערך הסייבר מיזם משותף עם אוניברסיטת חיפה להקמת מרכז מחקר סייבר על פי תקנה (30)3 משנת 2017, תוקף המיזם עומד לפוג ב31/12/2019. 2. המיזם הינו אחד משישה מיזמים שערך מערך הסייבר עם אוניברסיטאות שונות בשנים 2014-2015 . 3. בכוונת מערך הסייבר להתקשר במיזם משותף עם אוניברסיטת חיפה, כמו גם עם שאר האוניברסיטאות, לצורך המשך הפעלת מרכז המחקר לסייבר. 4. במסגרת מרכז המחקר בכוונת מערך הסייבר לפתוח באוניברסיט
