עמותת "נצח יהודה" הוקמה בשנת 1999, על ידי קבוצה של רבנים חרדים בשיתוף האגף הביטחוני-חברתי במשרד הביטחון וצה"ל, במטרה לאומית לספק מענה לנוער חרדי שאינו מוצא את מקומו בלימוד תורה בישיבה. לספק תמיכה וסיוע בשילובם בשרות צבאי ובחברה האזרחית לאחר מכן ולספק להם מענים מותאמים. נערים מהחברה החרדית אשר רוצים להתגייס לצה"ל עוברים לא מעט משברים בדרך, משבר ערכי של מי שנחשב כנוטש את דרך המלך גם בעיני החברה הסוב
