הארכת התקשרות עם עמותת "שמע לחינוך ושיקום ילדים" אשר זכתה להפעלת מרכזי נוער אזוריים יעודיים עבור בני נוער עם מוגבלות השייכים לאוכלוסיית היעד של אגף השיקום בגילאי 15 עד 21 שנים, במחוז המרכז, מכח מכרז פומבי מס' 282/2017. המפעיל החל את מתן השירותים ביום 15.04.2018 לתקופה של שנה, עם אופציה להארכת ההסכם בארבע שנים נוספות, שנה בכל פעם, עד חמש שנים. ההתקשרות הוארכה עד ליום 21.10.2022 במסגרת מימוש אופציה
