האגף לקשרים בינלאומיים (להלן - האגף) מקיים קשרי עבודה ופעילות שוטפת עם לשכות המסחר הדו לאומיות וכן עם גופים מקצועיים נוספים העוסקים בקידום השקעות וסחר החוץ של מדינת ישראל כגון מכון היצוא, התאחדות התעשיינים ואיגוד לשכות המסחר. במסגרת זו מתוכננות לשנת 2014 פעילויות בהן האגף ייטול חלק בתכנון, בארגון ובהצגת התכנים. לשכות המסחר הדו לאומיות מוקמות עלפי קריטריונים שנקבעו על ידי מועצת לשכות מסחר דו לאומיו
