על מנת להמשיך ולהשתמש במסמכים סרוקים של עובדי הוראה, המשרד מבקש לתחזק רישיונות קיימים למערכת סריקת מסמכים קיימת בשם ADA SYSTEMS של חברת ארטיס מולטימדיה בעמ. לשם איתור ספקים מורשים לתחזוקה של רישיונות לתוכנת ADA SYSTEMS ולקבלת שעות תמיכה התברר כי הוא גם הספק היחיד לרישיון שימוש. המשרד שומר לעצמו את הזכות להאריך את ההתקשרות בשנתיים נוספות בעלות זהה ו/או הרחבת ההתקשרות ב20%
