הארכת התקשרות עם מ.ב.ע למתן שרותי אחזקה וניקיון למבנה המרבד למסגרת השנה החמישית מעבר לזכות ברירה לפי תקנה 3(4)(ב)(2) לתחמ. זאת לאחר שהוחלט עי הנהלת המשרד להיענות לבקשת עיריית קריית אונו להשיב את מבנה המרבד לעיריית קריית אונו לשימושו המקורי כבית ספר בהעדר דמבני חינוך ברשות. מאחר שהשבת המבנה לרשות עתיד להתקיים במהלך התקופה של שנה וחצי הקרובות אין מקום לפרסום מכרז לתקופה של כשנה אחת.
