מכבסת שלג חדרה בע"מ זכתה מכרז פומבי מס' 303/2017 למתן שירותי כביסה וגיהוץ במעון רוחמה רחוב ת"א יפו 119 כפר סבא. המציע החל את מתן השירות ביום 28.02.2019 תקופת ההתקשרות לשנה עם אופציה להארכה בארבע שנים נוספות. בהתאם לסעיף 3.2 להסכם התקשרות, הוועדה מאשרת מימוש זכות ברירה לשנה החמישית, במסגרת והתנאים הכלולים בחוזה שנכרת בעקבות מכרז פומבי מס' 303/2017 ובעקבות המלצת הגורם המקצועי.
