מאשרים הרחבת ההתקשרות עם אוניברסיטת אריאל, בהמשך להחלטת ראש הממשלה והנהלת משרד החינוך יש להכשיר באופן מיידי ממוני קורונה בכל מוסדות החינוך. הוחלט כי אגף הביטחון יבצע את ההכשרות לממונים אלו במסגרת הסכם ההכשרות עם אוניברסיטת אריאל. לפיכך עושה הוועדה שימוש בסמכותה להכניס שינויים מהותיים תנאי חוזה שנכרת בעקבות מכרז כך שיכללו בו הכשרות לממונה קורונה. זאת בהתאם לסמכות הוועדה לפי סעיף 8א לתקנות חוק חובה
