בהמשך לבקשת המשרד מיום 11.2.2020 לאישור הרחבת התקשרות עם הזכיינים קיטו מרום וקרן חירות לטובת המגזר החרדי. ב1.3.2020 התכנסה ועדת הפטור לדון בעניין והחליטה כי לשני הזכיינים תורחב ההתקשרות על סך 2 מלשח לכל אחד. בבדיקה מעמיקה עלה כי הזכיין קרן חירות אינו יכול ואינו מעוניין להפעיל חונכויות במגזר החרדי ועל כן הזכיין היחיד שנותר לטובת העניין הוא קיטו מרום. ועדת המכרזים המשרדית אישרה בתאריך ה8.3.2020 הרחב
