ביום 20.3.2016 אישרה ועדת הפטור המרכזית התקשרות עם חברת גטר גרופ לאספקת רישוי מיקרוסופט לשנים 2016-2018 עב תיחור שנערך עפ הסכם מחירים מירביים של מינהל הרכש הממשלתי ולאחר פרסום מיקרוסופט כספק יחיד לעניין. הסכום שנכלל לקח בחשבון את עלויות גידול הרישוי אותן יש לדווח מדי שנה במסגרת ה- TrueUp. תוספות ה- TU מביאות לחריגה מהסכום המאושר ועל כן נדרשת הגדלת היקף ההתקשרות עם חברת גטר גרופ לביצוע TU שנה שנייה
