אישור ראשון - ביום 26 בפברואר 2012 אישרה ועדת המכרזים התקשרות עם חניון בית השנהב לרכישת 13 מנויים חודשיים לשנה, עד ליום 26 בפברואר 2013 בתוספת 2 אופציות עבור יחידות הביקורת ותיקון 16, בעלות של 559.12 כולל מעמ למנוי. התקשרות עם חניון בית השנהב לא יצאה אל הפועל מאחר והחניון סרב לחתום על הסכם. בנוסף אישרה הוועדה התקשרות עם חניון שותפות לב הגבעה ל- 250 שוברים שעתיים עבור שתי היחידות בעלות של 40 לשובר
