היחידה מינהל תקשוב ומערכות מידע במשרד החינוך מבקש לקבל שירותי תחזוקה לרישיונות תוכנת מילון של חברת בבילון בעמ. תכונות הטובין הנדרשות הן: תיקוני תקלות בתוכנה קבלת גרסאות חדשות ועדכוני תוכן בנוסף תאפשר החברה למשרד החינוך לקבל שכירות רישיונות לכל עובדי המשרד ללא הגבלה וזאת במחיר 1,000 רישיונות. עד כה רכשנו 450 רישיונות, אולם העובדה שלא ניתנו רישיונות לכל העובדים הקשתה על ההטמעה. מדובר על הטמעה פשוטה
