ראמ"ה מובילה את מחקר PISA בישראל, מטעם ארגון ה- OECD הבין-לאומי. המחקר בודק את מידת האוריינות של תלמידים בגיל 15 במגוון תחומים מרכזיים. המחקר נערך במחזוריות של 3 שנים, מזה כ-25 שנה, ומשתתפות בו כ- 90 מדינות מרחבי העולם. כל מדינה משתתפת נדרשת לעמוד בסטנדרטים גבוהים שאותם קובע ארגון ה- OECD וזאת כדי להבטיח את יכולת ההשוואה בין המדינות המשתתפות ואת תוקף התוצאות. מאז שנת 2015 המחקר מתבצע בפורמט ממוחשב
