בבית חולים כפר שאול החל שיפוץ מבנה לטובת העברת מחלקת משאבי אנוש של המרכז. מדובר בפרויקט בהיקף של כ- 800,000 ₪. אוצר אדיר וירוק נבחרה ב-15.1.24 לבצע עבודת פיקוח על שיפוץ המבנה. ההתקשרות הראשונה היתה בכמות של 400 שעות פיקוח על פי התעריף שנקבע בהסכם ההתקשרות. בפני הועדה מונחת בקשה להרחבת ההתקשרות ב-100 שעות נוספות המהוות 25% מהיקף השעות הראשוני שהיה 400. הגורם המקצועי נתן הסבר לגבי הגידול בהיקף. ההתק
