במרכז הירושלמי מתבצע דיגום של מים, מזון ומשטחי עבודה שמתבצע בחצרות בתי החולים כפר שאול ואיתנים באופן פיזי על מנת לבדוק תקינות ועמידה בדרישות שמירת איכות מזון ומים בבתי חולים וכן בדיקות תברואה חודשיות. במרץ 2023 בוצע תיחור על פי תקנה 3 (1) לבחירת ספק שמסוגל לבצע את השירות. האגודה לבריאות הציבור נבחרה כספק למתן השירות. אומדן ההתקשרות כ-45,000 ₪. הוגשה בקשה לוועדה להרחיב את ההתקשרות בשנה נוספת. אומדן
