במרכז הירושלמי מתקיימות העברות של מטופלים באמצעות אמבולנסים בין הקמפוסים ובין בית החולים לבתי חולים אחרים וכן העברות נוספות בהתאם לצורך. בוצע תיחור בהליך התקשרות מקוצר עד 50 אש"ח בין שלוש חברות. חברת אמבולנס פלוס זכתה בתיחור, וביולי 22 החל השירות. במטרה להסדיר את ההתקשרות, אושרה יציאה למכרז לקניית השירות. ועדת המכרזים אישרה בישיבתה מיום 26.12.22 הרחבת התקשרות על פי תקנה 3 (4) (ב) (1) עד ל-100 אש"ח
