בעקבות תקלת חשמל אזורית בתאריך: 8/3 נותק החשמל בבניין לינקולן 3 . עם חזרת החשמל בסביבות השעה 14:00, הסתבר כי נגרם נזק למפסק זרם ראשי בלוח חשמל בבניין לינקולן 3. עקב דחיפות העניין הוזמן מר גבי רובינוב (חברת א. ליטמן בע"מ) חשמלאי מורשה לטיפול בחשמל במתח נמוך לתיקון. כתוצאה מכך הוחלף מפסק זרם ראשי בלוח חשמל ראשי בבניין לינקולן 3 .
