1. התקן הישראלי 1220 חלק 11 – מערכות גילוי אש, מחייב כי הבדיקות התקופתיות ותחזוקת הציוד יעשו על ידי אנשי שירות מוסמכים לבדיקות תחזוקה של מערכות גילוי אש. כמו כן, בנספח ב' לתקן הנ"ל, בסעיף קטן 2 נקבע כי מתחזק המערכת יקבל הכשרה ייעודית, על-ידי יצרן הציוד. 2. קיים אישור מחברת סימנס מיום 2/8/2021 המציג את חברת "אורד מערכות בקרה בע"מ" כספק היחיד המורשה מטעמם בישראל למתן שירותי אחזקה בנושא זה עד 31/21/2
