אדריכל לתכנית מתאר להתחדשות עירונית שכונות החוף בחיפה. שכונות שער העליה, נווה דוד, עין הים. התכנית מקודמת עי משרד הבינוי והשיכון ולאחר מכן עי הרשות להתחדשות עירונית מסוף 2011. נדרש מינוי אדריכל חדש לצורך המשך קידום התכנית והבאתה לאישור. בשל החלפת האדריכל נדרשת חזרה על שלבים 2.06 (עיבוד פרוגרמטי של החלופה הנבחרת) ו2.07 (עיבוד החלופה הנבחרת) וכן תוספת שער הסעיפים עד מתן תוקף לתכנית.
