התקשרות במיזם משותף עם עמותת עולים ביחד בתקציב ממשלתי של 1.8 מלשח, וכללי של 3.6 מלשח, ולמשך שלוש שנים בעקבות החלטת ממשלה דרך חדשה אשר מתווה את המדיניות הממשלתית החדשה בטיפול בישראלים יוצאי אתיופיה. במסגרת התכנית פעילויות התערבות ארוכות טווח עם הפרט (בין שנה- לשנתיים) ועל כן מבקשת היחידה אישור לכל תקופת ההתקשרות על מנת לאפשר רצף במתן השירותים נשוא מיזם זה.
