הגדלת אומדן מ-130 אשח ל-902 אשח. ההגדלה נבעה מ-2 סיבות שהתגלו בשלבי תכנון: א.כל המגרשים היו נמוכים במטר וחצי מהכביש הקיים ולא מצאו פתרון לנקז את המגרשים, לכן הלכו על פתרון הגבהת כל המגרשים למפלס הכביש הקיים וזה על ידי מילוי מובא מבחוץ. התוצאה מכך קיים צורך לתכנן קיר תומךלמגרשים מצד האחורי שהוא יהיה בגובה לא פחות מ-3.5 מטר כולל מעקות מטעמי בטיחות.
