התקשרות המשך לשיפוץ הדיור החלופי עבור יחידות של בית הנשיא לתקופה שמיום מועד קבלת ההחלטה ועד ליום 31/12/2021 בתוספת ארבע שנים אופציה. ביום 6/7/2015 אישרה ועדת המכרזים התקשרות לשכירות בדרך של פטור ממכרז לדיור חלופי עבור יחידות של בית הנשיא במכון ון ליר (ראו פרוטוקול המצב). בהמשך לאישור כאמור, נכרת חוזה בר רשות ובו נקבע כי עבודות ההתאמה יבוצעו עי בעל הזכויות - מכון ון ליר, כמו כן קבע כי עלויות ההתאמה
