בתאריך 31/12/2015 תסתיים השנה השישית (באישור החשבת הכללית וועדת הפטור) לתוקפו של המכרז למתן שירותי ביצוע תחקירים למבחר תוכניות החינוכית ולהתקשרות עם חב' מרמנת אשר מספקת שירותיה עפי מכרז זה. הועדה מימשה את כל האופציות שנשמרו במכרז (5 שנים). מבוקש אישור הארכה עד 31/3/2016 ולהסמיך את ועדת הפטור המשרדית לאשר המשך התקשרות עד 31/12/2016 עד ההיקף המקסימלי המפורט בפרוטוקול המצב.
