התקשרות עם חב' SMARTJOG באמצעות חב' JCS המייצגת אותה בלעדית בישראל, לצורך הובלה והעברה של תכני ווידיאו לשידור באמצעי מדיה אלקטרוניים, ללא הגבלת נפח. השירות כולל בין היתר: העברה, המרה, לוגיסטיקה, ממשקים למערכות הטחי, דוחות שונים וכו'.. הטחי מתכוונת להתקשר עם אולפני JCS לתקופה של 5 שנים, כאשר ההתקשרות תאושר לגבי כל שנה באופן נפרד. שווי ההתקשרות שנרשם הינו לתקופה של 5 שנים!!!!
