באוצר נעשה שימוש בתכנת לוגיסט – כלי המאפשר פיתוח חוקים לוגים בשפה העברית בצורה מובנית, באופן המאפשר הזנת ידע ושימוש בו בזמן אמת. ההתקשרות הראשונה נעשתה בשנת 1996, בה שולבה התוכנה ונכתבו בעזרתה אלפי חוקים שמרכיבים, בין היתר, את חוקת הגמלאות ובהמשך גם את חוקת השכר. הכלי לוגיסט הינו מנוע לחילול חוקה המאפשר כתיבת חוקים לוגים בשפה העברית בצורה מובנית וקבלת החלטות על מקרים על בסיס החוקה – הכלי נמצא בשימ
