בתאריך 15/9/22 החליטה ועדת מכרזים על הפסקת ההתקשרות עם חברת מנפאואר. בהתאם להחלטת הוועדה איזור ת"א והמרכז יחולק בין שתי החברות הנותרות, תיגבור ואו אר אס, בהתאם לשיקול דעתה המקצועי של היחידה המקצועית. הוחלט כי התעריף שישולם לכל אחת מהחברות בעבור בתי הספר שנוספו להן, הינו התעריף שהמשרד שילם לחברת מנפאואר עבור בתי ספר אלו. לאור האמור לעיל, מאשרים הרחבת התקשרות עם חברת או.אר.אס אוורסיס רפזנטישן סרסיסי
