1. ביום 22/11/2020 הוחלט בהחלטת ממשלה 566, על תכנית לחיזוק החוסן האזרחי בשדרות וביישובי עוטף רצועת עזה לשנים 2021-2022, סעיף 11 ו' קובע את השתתפות משרד הבריאות בהקמת 2 תחנות טיפת חלב בעיר שדרות. 2. ועדת המכרזים מציינת, כי מצאה בישיבה הקודמת חוסר באומדן (האומדן עמד על 2.4 מלש"ח) להקמת התחנה ברחוב הכלנית, לאחר בירור – תוקן האומדן ל-2.6 מלש"ח. רשות שדרות הציגה פרויקט של מבנה ציבור ממוגן שנבנה בעלויות
