It can search government tenders and contract awards from official sources, drill into buyers and suppliers, keep lists, and even self-register and pay for access with no human in the loop.

tools/list is open; tools/call resolves your credential and 402s if un-entitled.

Add it to your client.

Clients with a browser sign you in with OAuth. Other clients send an API key from your account. The server is in the official MCP Registry as com.selltostate/mcp.

Le flux de connexion.

    Découverte

    Les clients conformes aux spécifications lisent /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource (RFC 9728) et /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server (RFC 8414) pour connaître la ressource, l'émetteur et les scopes.

    Inscription

    Sans identifiant pré-partagé, le client s'auto-inscrit via RFC 7591 DCR (POST /api/oidc/register) et obtient un client_id avec zéro scope de données, plus un payment_link.

    Authenticate

    Clients with a browser (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) run the OAuth 2.1 authorization-code flow with PKCE, and you sign in with your Sell to State account. An agent without a browser presents the issued client as Authorization: Bearer client:<client_id> on every tools/call.

    Abonnement

    Tant que le sujet du client n'a pas de droit d'accès, chaque tools/call renvoie le même corps 402 que REST — un payment_link destiné à l'humain et la capacité machine_payment native pour agents. L'agent appelle pay, est débité hors session, et son prochain appel renvoie les données.

Every tool mirrors a REST endpoint 1:1. Owner-scoped list / saved-search tools require a user API key; an OIDC client token gets a requires_user_key result. Full schemas in the reference.

Une fois connecté, il suffit de demander

  • → « Recherchez sur Sell to State les attributions en cybersécurité de 2024 et résumez les 5 principaux fournisseurs. »
  • → « Récupérez chaque attribution faite par le Ministère de l'Éducation cette année et exportez-les en CSV. »
  • → « Utilisez get_buyer sur l'organisme concerné — auprès de qui Singapour achète-t-il des services de construction ? »
