Sell to State + ChatGPT
Add Sell to State to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server. Then ask ChatGPT for tenders, buyers and contract awards. ChatGPT calls the Sell to State tools and shows the official links.

Set up

Open the plugins page
Go to chatgpt.com/plugins. Select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.

Add the Sell to State URL
Name the server Sell to State, paste this URL and choose OAuth.

Confirm and sign in
Read the risk warning and confirm. Sign in to your Sell to State account and select Allow access.

Start a new chat, add Sell to State, and ask about tenders, buyers or suppliers.

Requirements
- A ChatGPT plan and workspace settings that allow custom MCP servers.
- A Sell to State account with an active plan. The tools return data only for an active plan.
- Data depth differs by country. The countries page shows what each country has.
Questions
Do I need an API key?
No. The assistant signs you in to your Sell to State account with OAuth. You see a consent page that names the application and the address it returns to. The access token expires after 1 hour and renews for up to 30 days.
Is Sell to State in the ChatGPT plugin directory?
Not yet. Until it is listed, add it as a custom MCP server with the steps on this page. The tools and the data are the same.
Where does the data come from?
From official government procurement sources, for example Find a Tender and Contracts Finder (UK), TED (EU) and national portals. Each tender links to its official notice.
