ועדת המכרזים מאשרת את בקשת אגף קשתום לערוך התקשרות עם גיל קרניאל במסגרת פסטיבל איסטנבול תל אביב לצורך מימון לינות של 31 אמנים מטורקיה שמגיעים לארץ במסגרת הפסטיבל. הפסטיבל יכלול מספר מוקדים בתל אבב שבהם יערכו המופעים בהשתתפות האמנים הטורקיים, במקביל יופיעו אמנים ישראלים באירועים מוסיקליים באיסטנבול. המשרד מעוניין לקדם שיתופי פעולה עם אמנים טורקיים במסגרת שיפור היחסים עם טורקיה.
