הרבנות הראשית לישראל התקשרה עם הספק מרכז הקונגרסים בניני האומה כספק יחיד בהתאם לתקנה 3 (29)לקבלת שירותי אולמות לנבחנים, השירות כלל שוחן וכסא לכל נבחן, מיקרופון ושולחן ראש לרכזי הבחינה, שירותי אבטחה וסדרנים, בתכונת של-3-4 מועדי בחינות שבכל מועד עד 1500 משתתפים שחולקו באולמות שונים בו זמנית. מועדי הבחינות הם בחודשים אפריל, אוגוסט ואוקטובר ונקבעים מראש 3 חודשים מראש.
