הוועדה דנה בדחיפות רכישת העגלות בכלל והשתיים למחלקות בהן לא קיימת כרגע עגלה בפרט. הוועדה מחליטה לאשר רכש שתי עגלות מניגא שף בפטור דחוף בהתאם לסעיף 3(2) לתח"ם מאחר ויש צורך להוציא הזמנה לחברה עוד היום, על מנת שהעגלות יגיעו למרכז הרפואי במהירות האפשרית, המרכז הרפואי יעמוד בסטנדרטים להגשת מזון למטופלים הנדרשים על ידי משרד הבריאות והשירות למטופלים יהיה מיטבי.
