התקשרות עם חברת פרויקט השו"ת שעל יד אוניברסיטת בר-אילן (חברת בר אילן למו"פ בע"מ) לשם רכישת שירותי מאגר ממוחשב של ספרות תורנית הלכתית, עם תוכנת חיפוש חזקה ומשוכללת במיוחד. וכן שירות תמיכה לתוכנה זו. זאת למשך שנה עם אפשרות הארכה עד לשלוש שנים, דהיינו סה"כ 120,000 ש"ח + מע"מ עבור 36 חודשים. לאחר תקופה זו החומרה של המאגר הממוחשב הופכת להיות רכוש לשימושה של הנהלת בתי הדין הרבניים, ושירות התמיכה מסתיים.
