במסגרת פרויקט מלר"ד שלב א' המתבצע בימים אלו במרכז הרפואי, נדרש לפרק את הגגון הקיים בכניסה ובמקומו להתקין גגון זמני בתצורה של אוהל על-מנת שיהיה ניתן לפנות מטופלים מהאמבולנסים ורכבים פרטיים תחת קירוי. העבודה אותה נדרש לבצע חייבת להסתיים לפני כניסת החורף. לוח הזמנים להוצאת הזמנה הינו קריטי ולכן נדרשת התקשרות דחופה ב-48 שעות ולאחר אישורה הוצאת הזמנה ורכש לייצור האוהל הזמני.
