במערכת מרכבה מנוהל מערך החוב הממשלתי של מדינת ישראל. חלק ממערך זה הינו מערך הנפקת האגח הסחיר של מדינת ישראל, המבוצע באמצעות הבורסה לניירות ערך בתל אביב. הסליקה דרך הבורסה לא יכולה להתקיים ללא קבלת הממשק ממרכבה. כל גוף המשתמש בסליקה והנפקה, נדרש להתקין את תוכנת ה-RMFT של חברת attunity לצורך התממשקות עם הבורסה, התממשקות זו מעבירה נתונים בין הבורסה למערכת מרכבה ולהיפך.
