התקשרות עם חברות הניקיון עובד שירותי ניקיון וא.א.א אבירם למתן שירותי ניקיון בכ- 28 דיורים ברחבי הארץ. ההתקשרות עם חברות הניקיון מסתיימת בתאריך 31.12.17 לאחר מימוש כל האופציות, כאשר בשנת 2016 בעקבות פיצול משרד הכלכלה אף ניתן אישור מחשכל לבצע הארכת מכרז מעבר לתקופת ההתקשרות הקיימת וזאת בתנאי שמשרדנו יצא למכרז חדש בהתאם כנדרש. כתיבת המכרז נמצאת בשלבים מתקדמים, פרסום המכרז עתיד להיות במהלך רבעון א' 20
