חברת בנצי כרמל נותנת שירותי בקרה על פרויקטים של חברת רכבת ישראל החל מיום 16.8.2009. תקופת ההתקשרות הראשונית בין הצדדים, בהתאם להוראות התוספת להסכם העיקרי, ולאחר מימוש 2 תקופות אופציה בנות 12 חודשים כל אחת כאמור בהסכם המקורי, הסתיימה ביום 16.8.2014. וועדת המכרזים המשרדית אישרה הארכת התקשרות מיום 17.8.2014 ועד ליום 31.3.2015. ביום 25.3.2015 אישרה וועדת הפטור הארכת התקשרות מיום 1.4.2015 ועד ליום 30.9
