התקשרות עם חברת הוט מובייל(מירס) המפעילה רשת סלולר לקבלת שירותי קשר, SMS, ארגוני ושירותי טלפוניה נוספים כגון שירותי ווקי טוקי המאפשרים תקשורת אלחוטית בין משתמשים ושירותי רדיו טלפון נייד. יש לציין כי קיים הסכם מסגרת לשירותי PTT עם חברת הוט מובייל (מירס) באמצעות הוראת שעה מס' 16.3.9 של החשב הכללי. למיטב ידיעתי עפ נסיבות העניין מדובר בספק יחיד.
