מערכת המחשוב של אגף הגבייה ברשות השידור עברה עם סגירת רשות השידור לרשות האכיפה והגבייה. רשות האכיפה והגבייה מטפל בתיקים שנותרו פתוחים במטרה לגבות את החובות. לצורך זה היא עושה שימוש במערכת (חומרה ותוכנה) שקיבלה מרשות השידור. המשך תפעול של המערכת דורש המשך התקשרות עם חברת יעל המעסיקה כח אדם מקצועי בתחומים שונים (מפתחים, מפעילים, DBA, בודקים וכו') בהיקף של עד 4.5 משרות.
