ביום 18.3.19 יצאה הזמנה לחברת אד מירז' עבור שולחן ייעודי וארון לחדר ישיבות של מנהל הרשות לתחבורה ציבורית בהתאם לדרישה של מנהל הרשות. חלק מהפריטים שהוזמנו לא נכללים במסגרת המפרט של ההסכם המרכזי ולכן התווספו עלויות שאינם במסגרת המכרז . ביקורת חשכל מצאה ליקויים בהצעת המחיר ועל כן הספק הודיע כי בעקבות הביקורת אינו מכין ומכניס את הטובין לייצור.
