התקשרות עם קאסט אפ לצורך איחסון, ניהול תוכן ושידור ווידיאו באתר האינטרנט של הטחי. החברה סיפקה שירותים עפי מכרז פומבי בו זכתה וההתקשרות תסתיים ב- 5/11/2013. בעיצומו של התהליך להכנת מכרז פומבי חדש הוחלט עי הנהלת הטחי לשדר תוכניות הטחי דרך אתר יוטיוב ולבטל המכרז. לאור זאת - יש להתקשר עם החברה כספק יחיד לתקופה של 4 חודשים כדי לאפשר העברה מסודרת של כל קבצי הווידיאו ליוטיוב.
