בהתאם להוראות סעיף 3א(א) לתקנות חובת המכרזים הרשות מפרסמת בזאת הודעה בדבר כוונתה להתקשר כספק יחיד עם חניון גן העצמאות המנוהל על ידי חברת ימית א.בטחון 1998 בעמ. זאת החל מיום ה-1.1.2010. מצורפת חוות דעת בנדון. היקף ההתקשרות מוערך כ- 330,000 כולל מעמ לשנה לתקופה של שנה עם אופציה לשנתיים נוספות.
