Contract description
ההתקשרות שאושרה הינה לרכישת תוכנה שנרכשה בעלות חד פעמית של כ 40,000- דולר ובעלות תחזוקה בסך של 15,000 דולר לשנה. כן נקבע בנספח ב להסכם שירותי התחזוקה כי מידי שנה יעלו דמי התחזוקה בשיעור שנתי של 5% בהתאם לסעיף 6.1 לנספח הרישיון שצורף להסכם נקבע לתקופה של 10 שנים, היינו, ישנה האופציה להאריך את תוקף ההתקשרות עד ל 10- שנים. חברי ועדת המכרזים רואים בחשיבות המשך העבודה על המערכת וקבלת שירותי התחזוקה.
