1. במסגרת התוכנית הלאומית למעקב וטיפול במהגרים נשאי HIV חסרי ביטוח רפואי ישנם מטופלים אשר נמצאים במעקב רפואי וטיפול בכל מרכזי האיידס הנמצאים בבתי החולים. 2. ישנם מספר מרכזי איידס, ביניהם: בית החולים מאיר, בית החולים קפלן ובית החולים סורוקה אשר שייכים לשירותי בריאות כללית. במרכזים אלו מטופלים כ- 80 נשאי HIV במסגרת התוכנית. 3. על פי ההסכם שנחתם, ההתחשבנות עם שירותי בריאות כללית מתבצעת על פי תעריף א'
