Contract description
Запит пропозицій постачальників застосовується відповідно до пункту 8 Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275. Згідно вимог постанови КМУ №132 дану закупівлю оголошено без урахування ПДВ. Разом з тим даний товар не звільняється від оподаткування ПДВ при укладанні договору.
