Операція з постачання Товару звільняється від оподаткування ПДВ відповідно до підпункту 5 пункту 32 підрозділу 2 розділу XX Податкового кодексу України за умови відповідності Товару вимогам зазначеної норми. Ціна Договору визначається за результатами запиту пропозицій постачальників. Ціна Договору є остаточною та не підлягає збільшенню на суму ПДВ.
