Latvia procurement landscape

Latvia's central procurement system operates at a scale appropriate to a country of under two million people, but the EU framework creates access to a market that is open and rules-based in ways that comparable markets in the region are not. The EIS framework system has been developed to channel green procurement and innovation procurement alongside standard goods and services categories, in line with EU policy objectives embedded in recovery and cohesion funding conditions.
